Can't figure out how to post items for sale

Greetings!

I have been a member for long time but probably haven't posted since last summer. I have items to sell and I sent them as I would have done last year but these were returned undeliverable. I would like to know who to contact or where to find the information I need to become able to post items for sale. I do not have permission to post on the page on which other FS and WTB items are posted. I cannot find a moderator's email link to ask her this question. I am registered and I did log in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
